I have uploaded a 50 minutes video (in 7 parts) about the NATO Dissimilar Air Combat Training (DACT) exercise that took place in Gando Air Base ( Canary Islands ) between February 27th and March 13th, where USAF F-15 Eagles joined Spain Air Force Mirage F-1, F/A-18 Hornet and Eurofighter Typhoon.

Yes, we have good weather in the Canaries, and to the south there is an ideal "air space" zone where they can do DACT without limitations. So, I suppose you are right, it's a beautiful place to have an exercise...in spite of the sunny days and the beaches
