Pardon my ignorance, as I am new in the whole aircraft recognition but is that a Mirage2000 if so why such a long nose? is that used to store a radar of some sort?

No, it's a Kfir TC2. Israeli copy of the Mirage III.

Two-seat Kfir-TC2 trainers feature a lengthened and lowered nose for improved view. The longer nose houses the avionics displaced from the C2's spine and is fitted with small vortex-generating strokes.
