Nesher were sold only to Argentina and are an upgraded Mirage III, the kfir  design was taken further.  IAF retired Kfir many years ago I think the last action was 1982.

Correct me I'm wrong but I believe only three air forces still use Kfir's
Colombia just had (12) upgraded to C-10CE standards and are buying from Israeli stocks (12), 4 are in Colombia but I have yet to see a picture of them.

Sri Lanka  - I think they are C-3 but a number could have been raised to C-7 standards?

Ecuador - I use to have a contact there but long gone most of the Kfir's were rumored to be in storage from lack of funding.  Ecuador had at least 3 C-10CE models armed with Python III and maybe IV.  I believe their main fighter is the F-1 Mirage but some of those maybe in storage as well. I use to have some article about Ecuador's AF and Kfir but can' find it that's where I have 3 C-10CE stuck in my head.

Note the FAC title on its tail, this is one of those for Colombia.

About Sri Lanka, you mean the C.2/TC.2, they weren't upgraded. They were augmented by more C.2s and four C.7s in 2001, two of the C.7s were lost in LTTE attacks. Also, most up-to-date report I've got on it (last month's AFM actually) said the C.7 were grounded because of lack of spare parts for the more sophiscated avionics.

Well the US started delivery of these F-16i aircraft to Israel back in 2004. The IAF wanted them to specifically take out Iran's nuclear facility. But 5 five long years have gone by and the attack never happened.
This was whilst George Bush was in the White House. Now it will never happen. They left it too late.

nice photos. REmind you that the A-4 squadron exists only in Hatzerim AFB. the Skyhawk that is in Ramat david came from my 102th squadron- Flying Tigers. probably because Ramat David used to have Skyhawk squadron over there, so its due to history of the base. also 421 was one of my aircrafts i took care of. during 4 years all the planes passed under my arms wheter in a garage or in the field.

the hymn of the our squadron was the song "Eye of the Tiger" from Rockie movie.
Was perfectly fitting to the spirit of squadron.

Great pics Eldorado! Thanks. I'm here but I'm in Boston visiting family so it's tough to find a computer.
