Hi Ramon, have you ever been there? If yes, is this a "good" airbase for airshows?
The participants list looks great, some strong UK participation and a display-flying Rafale, finally after so many years since they stopped demo-ing the company plane! But if the show layout will be similar to Koksijde, I might pass.

Hey Niels,
I have been there in 2006 at the "Belgium Defence Days". If I remember correctly, is the sun
positioned in the morning at the back and slowly moving to the left during the day. Not a real
problem to make descent photographs. I do not know the situation for this year, but in 2006
the static was horrible to photograph as fences surrounded the aircraft at the back and in the
front of the aircraft at close proximity, and of course with many people at the back of the aircraft.
The Rafale display would be indeed a display to looking forward to, as the distance to the runway,
and the display line is pretty close, and good photographs can be made.
I see you there Niels... ;)
Regards, Ramon
