Hello guys,

The first participants are already arrived, the rarely seen Swedish
SAAB S100B Argus Airborne Early Warning and Control Aircraft was
already at Geilenkirchen for 1 day, but flew today a local mission.
See the photograph below, hopefully some more will follow the
coming days traveling between Volkel en Geilenkirchen

Nice pic of the SAAB S100B Argus. Last time i saw it, it had a much lighter grey scheme. This one makes the aircraft look much better.

Thanks for the compliments, much appreciated.

Just to underline your point 
The aircraft is indeed in real life coloured in much lighter grey.
However was on the this day the whole day some beautifull sunny weather
with a blue sky. But when this one came in, one small cloud moved before
the sun, that is why it is still very sharp, but the colours are a little different.

Ohh, so its just the light that makes it look darker then it really is. To bad cuz i really liked that darker grey. Anyway its a great pic!

Hello guys,

Just back from a long stay at the fence at Geilenkirchen.
Normally the MP and "Polizei" is doing very difficult due the USAF presence, but this
time they where very social and friendly. They even wished us via speaker nice photographs
and good conditions for the weather.

Many thanks for that.......(I just had to say this  )

And now to some of the highlights, all participants made it to Geilenkirchen. Also the B-52 
made it after a 6 1/2 hour delay. Weather was overall very good with black skies on the background
and a "filtered" sunshine, only one rain shower was counted. Hope you like the photographs.
