Hello guys,
Still very early to start with the participation list, the website of the
"Open Door Days" is not even online... But the first two interesting
'confirmed' participants can start the list for the 2009 airshow.

My favorite is already in the list.

Hello all,
And today again a very nice surprise in the shape of
"Team Viper". I have never seen this team perform, but

Hello F-111 C/C,
No problem, if the weather cooperates with the show. I will
post some photographs of this team, together with webmaster Niels.

Looks a pretty good line up so far , keep forgetting we now heading into airshow season. I know we are not doing much this year but hopefully next year the MRA4 will be doing the circuit at a few airshows in proper RAF ownership, cant see any displays ever as its a vital asset and not worth bending airframe but static shows are always the best.
Dutch air shows are awesome , Gilze Rijen in 2005 was the best airshow I done with the Mighty Rod , dutch are like the best hosts ever.

In some years the British presence at the RNLAF Open Days was really strong, in other years they sent a Hawk or Chinook and that was it so to speak. Maybe it's to blame on the organizers though.
Gilze 2005 was really good, iirc, Tornados, Hawks, Harriers, C-130J, Chinook, SeaKing, Red Arrows, Blue Eagles and your Nimrod. Only the Typhoon was missing.
Looks like I have to be there on Friday to see the RAF Typhoon!

The MIG-29 will also be a awesome display...
However not yet officially confirmed ;D
Officially confirmed, and always a pleasure to watch,
and a personal favourite, is the RAF Chinook display.
Looks like a awesome airshow so far.

Hello all,
Occasionally the RNLAF is opening a very large can of
surprises, like in 2006 at Leeuwarden. This year again, they
have already done a awsome job in my humble opinion.
Some new participants added today:
Marocco
- Flying - Marche Verte ;D
United Kingdom
- Flying - Beech King Air B200
Greece
- Static - F-16D-52+
Netherlands
- Flying - NH-90 NHIndustries
That's it for now...
Regards, Ramon
