Title: Replacing the A310
Post by: SukhoiLover on June 09, 2009, 09:05:23 PM
Ok guys, the local civil aviation company, SATA, use the A310 for its medium-to-long haul flights, however, these aircraft are getting old, and although SATA has no plans about replacing them right now, i´m sure that sooner or later she is going to do so.

So, which planes might replace the A310?

P.S- SATA already operates the A320 as well.

Not so simple... Do they want to continue operating Airbuses or they want to switch to Boeings?

If they're prepared to switch, the 767 would be ideal in my opinion. However, given that the pilots are probably all Airbus current, maybe a combination of more A320s and A330s...

Thoughts anyone?
