Title: How not to take off in a de Havilland Beaver floatplane
Post by: AVIATOR on August 21, 2009, 01:02:33 AM
This is a de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver and whoever is flying it or trying to doesn't seem to have enough engine power developed for the takeoff.

This mighty little aircraft in fact is well powered with a Pratt & Whitney R-985 Wasp Jr. radial engine, 450 hp (336 kW) each

Get your head down.
