the ethiopians had a hijack on their national carrier once, and they just happened to have some of there army/SF people on board. long story short, the army people subdued the terrorist. they tied them to the seats, wrapped a towl around their neck to protect the upholstery, then they slit their throats on the plane- ethiopia hasnt had a hijack since

I read about that, happend in the early 70´s. Pretty harsh and coldblooded. Dont think i would ever be able to do that if the terrorist is already subdued.  :-\

harsh yes, but no one else has had the guts to hijack an ethopian airplane again!

so i guess it was worth it
