Title: USS Kitty Hawk in Sydney Harbour

The USS Kitty Hawk is in Sydney Harbour to next Tuesday as a cool down after it completed Talisman Saber 2007 Operation.

It's the LAST US Carrier to be in Sydney as their is a Nuke Free thing.

What a way to go. Complete Exercise Talisman Sabre 07 and then a quick port visit before ending up on the scrap heap. It seems she's going to be decomissioned next year. I wonder if they'll blow her up the same way they did the USS America CV-66. I didn't realise Kittyhawk was the last of the conventional carriers :o Would make one hell of a floating hotel with upper-deck golf course  ;)
