Again a big thanks for the report and the images from Elite exercise 06!

But why was Sweden not  involved this year, does anyone have any information on this? (Not important, just curious). :)

Not sure, but with the Viggens out of service, Sweden no longer has a dedicated (!) EW platform. Of course the Gripen will fill this gap, but maybe the mission-specific systems/doctrines haven't been fully finalized yet/ IOC not yet achieved? Tactics/manuals to be developed and tested first? I don't know but that might be the reason. And I suppose places are limited... or the Swedish AF is too busy at the moment, didn't see them at the RNLAF open days either...The Gripen was Czech ;-)
