Royal Australian Air Force to Acquire Su-27 Flankers?

Is it rumor or fact that the Australians will be replacing their Hornets with Flankers?  Anyone got the scoop on that?

Rumour, big one, wishful thinking by some defence analists or enthusiast. Remember they joined the JSF program.

Definitely a rumour  ;D  Though they'd be an excellent replacement for the Pigs!

If we got Flankers then they should go to the roulettes- Flanker is sposed to be one of the most agile planes in the world, and can do the Cobra manoveur...
