valkyrian beat me to it very good link WRC.

The EF has a smaller RCS then the older designed Flanker I'm not surprised.   I would assume new ASEA radar's can see the blades turning on the Flanker engines.   The F/A-18, is a very maneuverability aircraft at low speeds and can get a nose on a target fast.   

valkyrian maybe Greece should get the EF's then?
