Its a PDF file, you can zoom in, there is a field that says a percentage, like 105%, just replace that number by 150% for exemple, andthe problem is solved.

Not in agreement with the article on most points, but I love the US test pilot's assessment of his Su-27 flight. Kudos to Ed, skip the rest I'd say.
