no.. your thinking of Afghanistan.. US gave them stingers in the 80's.. so the afghani's used them against the us in whenever they invaded

What does Iraq or Afganistan got to do with it?

Edit: Someone has said that war is God's way of teaching americans geopgraphy. By all means we're proving him right at the moment  ;D
