Russian Su-27s

I was wondering does Russia have older or retired Su-27 that would be for sale?  You read about older model Vipers being sold and was wondering does Russia offer the same?   Imagine a country who doesn't want a all purpose Su-30 MKM, MKI with all the latest goodies but just a basic interceptor or fighter.   kind of the way the US Air Force uses there F-15C solely for fighter duties a fighter with a powerful radar and be able to carry 8 to 10 air to air missiles.   Say the country already has F-16/F/A-18s or some other aircraft with attack capabilities and just needs a solid fighter with good range.   Would Russia upgrade some Su-27s leave out the air to ground systems an offer a cut price.   Or something like this isn't worth it, thoughts?

Yeah, they sell surplus (offered to Venezuela and Mexico not too long ago) and they've sold surplus basic Su-27s to a few African nations. Plus those -SK Flankers that have been sold in Asia, may not have been newly builds in all cases.

Russia is now offering the -SKM, which is either an upgrade of existing -SK models in a country to the same standard as Russian Su-27SM, or Russian surplus Su-27 converted to export standard (-K) and upgraded (-M)....those new single-seaters for Indonesia are an example of this...
