According to the story the Indians wants a Lightening pod and not the Damocles multifunction and laser designation pod that's used on the Rafale. I don't mean to sound harsh toward India but doesn't it seem like the going slow down this process, and make the upgrade run longer? At the rate there going Pakistan will have there first JF-17 squadron active and flying and maybe be in training on there J-10s.
