Lets see if the Su-35 gets into production first or those F-22 would be shooting down almost basic Su-27s.  Looks like the Su-34 program going to the wayside I think I read some place where only 2 frames were built in 2006/2007, nothing in 2008 at all.  Can't see where Russia going to fund these magical 5th generation aircraft while there still making basically upgraded Flankers in 2009, never mind coming close to even a F-117.  Sorry SukhoiLover I don't believe they can make a F-117 or they would have, still the pessimist on this (smile face).

I believe Russia has the personnel to make such aircraft over time if steady funding was in place.
