Just wanted to point out that I have updated the Su-27 operator list, Su-27 variants overview, and the Su-30 main page. Mostly things we discussed already here on the forum. Except for some new Su-30MKA for Algeria info, Irkut released some info on the production progress, but little on the exact avionics configuration of this Su-30MKI/MKM derivative.

Webmaster, some amendments:

In the end the 1998-beginning of 1999 Russia has put Ethiopia 8 Su-27 (6 Su-27SK + 2 Su-27UB). In 2003-2004 Russia has put 7 more Su-27 (5 Su-27SK + 2 Su-27UB), and Ukraine 3 Su-27 (most likely, Su-27P). Thus, into structure of Air Forces of Ethiopia enter 18 Su-27 (are divided on two squadrons; in 1-st - 8 Su-27, in 2-nd - 10 (5 Su-27SK, 3 Su-27P and 2 Su-27UB).

As to Belarus for us is available 22 Su-27 (one was wrecked in the spring of 1996; lieutenant colonel Vladimir Korvat) was lost.

To Venezuela it is already put 12 Su-30MK2. The others will be put till July, 1st, 2008.

In Aktubinsk centre preparation pass some the Algerian pilots as 2 or 4 Su-30MKA are already constructed.

For Vietnam are available not 7, but 6 Su-27SK (one was wrecked).

Do you know when those Ukrainian Su-27s were delivered to Ethiopia?

Do you when the last batch of 4 Su-30MK2s for Venezuela were delivered?

Do you have more info regarding the Vietnamese Su-27SK was lost?

One more addition (has absolutely forgotten): Indonesia during carrying out MAKS-2007 has bought from Russia 3 fighters Su-30MK2 and too 3 Su-27SKM (the first country to which will be put Su-27SKM).
Now Indonesia has 5 Su-30 (2 Su-30MK and 3 Su-30MK2, which will be put till 2008 year) and 5 Su-27 (2 Su-27SK and 3 Su-27SKM).

Ukraine has put Ethiopia 3 fighters Su-27 (most likely though I am not assured, it were Su-27P) in 2003. Also in 2003-2004 Ethiopia has got at Russia 8 fighters (6 Su-27SK and 2 Su-27UB). Unfortunately, in mass media very little given in occasion of these deliveries. Therefore I base on the personal data and on reports in the register of the United Nations more.

As to broken Vietnamese Su-27SK I today shall look in the archive and in the evening, or tomorrow I shall write the answer.

I believe the second batch of Russian Su-27s for Ethiopia must have been ordered in 2002, since it was already reported to the UN by Russia in 2002.

Looks like Indonesia signed an agreement at MAKS, not a firm contract, I suppose negotiations are now underway.

No, with Indonesia the contract for the sum of 330 million dollars is signed. Directly for fighters Indonesia will pay 300 million, and the others of 30 million or for spare parts to them, or for a small party of arms.

As to delivery of second party Su-27's Russia as time has submitted to the register of the United Nations data in 2003 and 2004. Certain 7 helicopters have been in passing put. That for helicopters - I don't know.

When was the contract signed? Because the reports I have seen were from the 21st, with RIAN reporting a memorandum of understanding with Sukhoi but no firm order, and the Rosoboronexport press release talked about a protocol for a future contract.
