This company restores Military aircraft and recently purchased two disassembled Su-27s. Here is a video of it's first, post-restored, flight as an FAA certified civilian aircraft. Enjoy. Oh yeah - Shawn A,  it IS for sale, only $5,000,000 USD. You have that 'on you' right?
