Looking for some info on a B-17 part.

Hi, I'm obv. new to the forum but I was hoping someone here could help me. I've aquired a dash plaque from a B-17. It was given to me some years ago by an older gentleman who's brother was a mechanic in WWII. He took this off one that crashed in North Africa. Any information about its value etc. would be greatly appreciated. Heres a link to a pic with one shown visible between the spokes of the steering wheel. I'm not very good with computers so I dont have my own but its the same one. Thanks in advance
