"This is...the B-25J In the Mood on take off from the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) off the coast of California during Fleet Week of October 1995. Bill Klaers and Alan Wojciak were the pilots."



B-25 "Heavenly Body" and "In the Mood" stand ready for launch on the flight deck
of the carrier U.S.S. Ranger (CV-61) in San Diego Bay. In April 1992,
"Heavenly Body" was the first B-25 in fifty years to fly from the deck of an aircraft carrier.



Jimmy Doolittle leads the first of sixteen B-25B Mitchell bombers were launched from the aircraft carrier USS Hornet 18th April 1942
