Hello all,
Was just wondering if someone knows a good resource,
book, website, PDF file or anything else on the aircraft
that have flown in the past with the RNLAF. I did read
somewhere that one of my favourite aircraft, the B-24
Liberator has flown for the RNLAF (321 Squdron)...
This kept me wondering which aircraft we more have had?
Thanks already for your help.
Regards, Ramon

I'm not sure they were 'ours', probably just on loan for the war effort. Also, 321 was a navy squadron.
The RNLAF wasn't formed until 1953. So for the 1941-1949, you have to search for the Dutch RAF squadrons and the aviation arm of the KNIL (which had quite an impressive fleet) and the navy's.
I covered the 1913-2004 history in short here: http://www.milavia.net/airforces/netherlands/rnlaf_his.htm
I didn't go into detail for the navy/knil. The 1987 (I think) open day brochure has a good history on also the KNIL aviation arm, and I've got a book on the history of the MLD, you can borrow those some time if you want.
The Scramble wiki lists:

Hey Niels,
Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated.
Found more information regarding the B-24 Liberator.
14 B-24's where obtained from the RAF, and two on loan.
They flew however with dutch markings and flag.
Interesting stuff to dig a little bit deeper for. And maybe
some other interesting types of aircraft will be found.
