T&T aviation history
« on: February 21, 2006, 12:54:43 AM »
Today aviation history was made in Trinidad and Tobago. It was the first time in our country's history that a flightcrew comprised entirely women landed on our island. A BWIA West Indies Airways flight departed Miami International and landed at Piarco International. The captain adn first officer were women adn go down in our history books as the first all female aircrew. Good for them!  ;D

Nice, some weeks ago I read about the first married couple to fly the B-2. They both transitioned from the F-15 to the bomber, and now fly together as a crew. Strange though, imagine discussing household topics in between bombing runs.  ::) ;D
